On 5th September 2022, Alessandro presented on how qubits can be realized using quantum defects in SiC at RAISIN workshop. Alessandro’s talk was very well received among his peers and raised significant interest in this budding new field of quantum electronics in SiC. Other presentations were from researchers all over the world- USA, Germany, Australia and Italy.

The event also included a Networking excursion, boat ride to Greenwich Pier and a tour of Royal observatory.
