On Thursday, 9th December, Prince Khatri and Alessandro Rossi visited our industrial partner, NPL. We had discussion on optical setup and characterisation of SiC with Reece Jones and Dr. Ateeq Nasir. Next day, at Oxford instruments, we met project manager Jeremy Flamanc and Celine Bansal who are handling the delivery of the new Proteox dilution fridge at the university of Strathclyde. A detailed factory tour helped us to better understand the fridge variants and possible future upgrades.
